LED Light Bulbs

You actually might have some of these super energy efficient LED light bulbs in your home and car already! They come in many products such as flashlights, digital clocks and watches, even Christmas lights. They are also used in tail lights and brake lights in cars and they last a very long time. Along with a long life, LED's are amazingly energy efficient.

Energy Efficient Light Bulbs

The two most common types of Energy Efficient Light Bulbs are Light Emitting Diodes or LED Bulbs and Compact Fluorescent Lamps or CFL's. LED's last longer but are still on the expensive side and replacement bulbs may not be as easy to find. You will find the best selection online.

Both CFL's and LED's are Energy Efficient, long lasting and easy to put in. CFL's have a very small amount of mercury, LED's do not. LED's come in a variety of shapes and sizes, even dimmable and can be used indoors and outdoors.

Our Lighting page has more information on the advantages of these two types energy efficient bulbs.

Look For Products That Use LED's

Like we said earlier, LED's are found in many products that come with bulbs in them already. They are especially common in products that require very small bulbs. So, when you're shopping, check the product to see what kind of bulb it uses. If it uses an LED, you know the bulb will last a very long time and you might never have to replace it.
